📦 Order Processing & Pre-Orders

Due to very high demand during the holiday season, some items are currently available as pre-orders.

  • In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-order items are produced as part of our next scheduled production batch and ship once inventory becomes available.

Once your order is prepared and handed to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated ship windows for pre-order items are clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.


🌍 Standard Shipping

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping time refers to transit time after your order ships.

  • Most orders arrive within the typical delivery window for standard shipping once dispatched.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Seasonal order volume

  • Carrier workload

  • Destination and local delivery networks

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Unexpected logistical delays

While these factors are outside our control, we always work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.


📦 Tracking Information

Tracking details may take a few days to update after shipment.

If your tracking page shows “awaiting carrier update,” this is completely normal and usually resolves once the package reaches the next sorting facility.


🚨 Order Delays

If your order appears delayed, there’s no need to worry — most delays are temporary and resolve automatically.

If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can update your address before shipment.
Once an order is in transit, changes may no longer be possible.

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability.

  • Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
